General Terms

Linebet operates with a focus on fair and responsible betting practices. ASPRO N.V. manages the platform under Curacao License 8048/JAZ2016-053.

  1. License and Ownership: ASPRO N.V. operates Linebet, with Talkeetna LTD and MINSI LTD handling payments.
  2. Age Requirement: Only clients who are 18 or older, or those who meet the legal age requirements in their region, are allowed to place bets on Linebet.
  3. Restricted Individuals: Athletes, referees, coaches, and others directly involved in sports events, as well as employees of competing betting companies, are not permitted to place bets.
  4. Consequences for Rule Violations: Any violations can result in the cancellation of bets, limitations on accounts, or even refusal of payouts.

Betting Rules

Linebet has clear rules to keep betting organized and fair for all users.

  1. Bet Settlements: All bets are settled using official data from processing centers.
  2. Payout Timelines: Winnings are usually paid within 30 days of the event’s official results. Clients should review their winnings and report any issues within 10 days.
  3. Void Bets: If an event’s outcome was known before the bet was placed, the bet will be canceled and settled at odds of 1.
  4. Dispute Handling: Any disputes must be submitted as a formal complaint and will be reviewed within 10 days. Further actions may involve legal measures.

Account Management and Security

Linebet sets up account rules and security steps to protect clients’ data and accounts.

  1. Single Account Requirement: Each client may have only one account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension.
  2. Login Confidentiality: Clients must keep login information secure and report any unauthorized third-party access to Linebet immediately.
  3. Identity Verification: For security, identity verification may be requested and can take up to 5 working days for approval.
  4. Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for three months are subject to temporary suspension, though they can be reactivated upon request.

Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

Linebet implements policies against dishonest practices to maintain a trustworthy environment.

  1. Prohibited Actions: Automated betting, having multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, and other forms of dishonesty are not allowed.
  2. Syndicate Betting: Group betting to exceed limits will lead to an investigation and potential account freezes.
  3. Investigations and Refunds: After an investigation, any remaining account balance (minus any fraudulent winnings) may be refunded, with a possible service fee deduction.
  4. Additional Verification: Suspicious activity may prompt further identity checks, and payouts may be delayed as a result.
